Hotel Medici is set in a 19th-century building in Milazzo's historic centre. It is 100 metres from the cathedral, 500 metres from the castle, and a 5-minute walk from the harbour for ferries to Aelioan Islands. Rooms offer air conditioning and hydromassage showers.

Throughout the Medici Hotel you can admire original frescoes and wood-beamed ceilings. Each room also features parquet floors and wooden furniture, and come with a flat-screen TV with Sky channels. Wi-Fi is free.
