The castle ruins from the 14th century offer a unique setting for our family-run hotel. It is located directly on the Niers and only 6 km from Weeze/Niederrhein Airport.

The 24 rooms and suites are spread over the various buildings of the property: the castle tower, the former pension and the Hertefelder Hof. You can even live in a small apartment in the castle park. From the standard room in the courtyard building to the stately suite in the castle tower, all rooms are imaginatively furnished and have extra-long beds, a flat-screen TV, and coffee and tea-making facilities.

A varied breakfast is served every day in the cross vault. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy breakfast in the castle garden under the trees.

The hotel offers rental bicycles for exploring the Lower Rhine countryside. Free on-site parking is available and the A57 motorway is just 5 minutes away.
